Rock Salt is common salt and is often found occurring in solid form as a mineral. It is usually found extensively in sedimentary rock beds. It is also known as "Halite" and its chemical name is sodium chloride (NaCl).
When Lion-O travelled to Exile Isle to rescue Snarfer from the Lunataks and Captain Cracker, he used Rock Salt against Chilla, who started melting when it was sprinkled on her.
